Garlic & Mozzarella Pizza Bread
I can’t make homemade pizza without garlic bread. My version has a twist: I use a pizza base, roll it out as if making a pizza, and add small nuggets of mozzarella. It’s not essential, but it’s worth it. You can serve this as an appetiser while your pizzas bake, and if you have extra tomato sauce, it makes a great dip!
